Fairview New Homes has responded to changing customer needs by building suitable houses for the modern-day family. The new homes at Vision in High Wycombe provide both a separate playroom and study, meaning that all family members can enjoy their own space under the same roof.

According to research carried out by Fairview New Homes, no comparable new build properties in High Wycombe have a playroom area, nor do comparable second hand units currently on the market. Only a handful of the same properties have separate studies.[1]

“The trends for homes over the past decade or so have favoured open plan living, but realistically this is not what families want,” say Jim Holliday, Sales Director of Fairview New Homes. “It is difficult for an adult or older child to concentrate on work when the washing machine in the kitchen is making lots of noise or the younger children are playing nearby.”

“After extensive research in the area, we have decided that this model for the family home is the most suited to our customers’ needs,” concludes Mr Holliday.

High Wycombe town centre, only a ten minute drive away, has its own individual market town charm with a wide range of good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. There is a popular food market on the High Street on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and the new Eden Centre has shops, a multiplex cinema, library and bowling alley.

The town is surrounded by the Chiltern Hills which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – ideal for outdoor pursuits. Plans are also underway to re-open the Wycombe Summit, England’s largest indoor real snow ski and snowboard centre.

High Wycombe is located on the Chiltern Line with a regular direct service to London Marylebone station. The main station is 1.3 miles from Vision and the peak journey time to London is approximately 40 minutes. An extensive bus and coach network complements the road and rail links connecting the town with neighboring counties and towns, including the nearby M40 to Oxford, approximately 30 miles away.

Two-bedroom apartments are available at Vision from £199,995 and three-bedroom townhouses from £320,000.
